Stockholm District Court is looking for an acting judge
Stockholm District Court is Sweden's largest district court with approximately 300 employees. Our organization consists of a diversity of competencies, where each employee plays a crucial role in maintaining legal security and high quality at all levels. We often handle extensive and high-profile cases.
The court is divided into five adjudicating departments and one administrative department. Department 14 is the general department that handles criminal cases, civil cases, and matters. Department 5 is the Patent and Market Court, which is responsible for the areas of intellectual property law, marketing law, and competition law. The adjudicating departments employ judges, patent advisors, court clerks, prosecutors, preparation lawyers, and court administrators. The court also has a special unit to handle civil cases, a so-called fast track for civil cases. The administrative department is responsible for finance, IT, HR, registration, archives, library, communication, security, service, and cleaning.
Your Role
